Turismo de Portugal, I.P. has five management bodies:
Management board - the body responsible for definition of Turismo de Portugal, I.P.’s activities and management and coordination of its respective services.
Gambling committee - the body responsible for supervision, monitoring and guidance of the activities of the service in charge of inspection and control of betting activities. .
Single statutory auditor – the body responsible for control of the legality, regularity and correctness of the Institute’s financial and asset management.
Credit council – the body responsible for assisting the Management Board, in financing matters and investment incentives.
Company Secretary– The body responsible for providing technical support to the management board, guaranteeing effective articulation and coordination between the various boards and departments.
