Players must present a Handicap certificate, or card, with an updated handicap, produced by their respective home Golf Club.
Tie-breaking will be attained by the best result on the last 9, 6, 3 and 1 holes respectively

All situations not contemplated for within the present Rules & Regulations will be decided upon by the Technical Committee.
Local Rules
Areas to be considered as GUR are marked with blue stakes and/or blue paint. It is not allowed to play in GUR.
All buggy and/or walk paths are to be considered as part of the golf course.
The wooden logs demarcating the buggy and/or walk paths are to be considered as immovable obstructions and rule 24-2 applied in conformity.
The sandy areas to the left of the green of hole 4 shall be played as "Through the Green."
The Driving-Range to the right of hole 6 is to be considered out-of-bounds.
Stones in bunkers are moveable obstructions (Rule 24-1 applies).
Through the green, a ball that is embedded in its own pitch-mark in the ground, other than sand, may be lifted without penalty, cleaned and dropped as near as possible to where it lay but not near the hole. The ball when dropped must first strike a part of the course though the green.
SLOW PLAY: if a group fails to maintain its place on the course and loses more than one clear hole on the players in front, they
must allow the following group to play through.
