The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) has launched the Safe Travels seal which aims to recognise destinations that comply with health and hygiene rules in line with the Safe Travel Protocols.
These protocols are specially developed guidelines by the WTTC itself to address the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism sector by promoting consumer confidence so that they feel they can travel safely once restrictions are lifted.
