The Portal is managed by Turismo de Portugal and aims to provide information to users who want access to knowledge of the sector.
However, prior to any consultation of the Portal, the terms and conditions of its use must be read.
Staying on the Portal shows acceptance of its terms and conditions, so if you do not agree with them you should immediately cease browsing.
Turismo de Portugal reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use of the Portal at any time and, whenever you access the Portal, you should previously consult these terms and conditions.
Additional information may be obtained from the Turismo de Portugal, through the contact function available in the menu of the Portal.
Property Rights
All contents of the Portal, specifically, the texts, photographs, images, illustrations, brands and advertising, are protected by Copyright and Related Rights, and may not be used outside of the Portal without the prior written consent of Turismo de Portugal.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user may download or copy the contents of the Portal strictly for his/her personal use.
It is expressly forbidden to use the Portal for illegal purposes or for purposes that may be considered unworthy of Turismo de Portugal's image.
Usurpation, counterfeiting, taking advantage of usurped or counterfeit content, illegitimate identification and unfair competition are criminally punishable.
Turismo de Portugal reserves the right to take legal action against the authors of any copy, reproduction or other unauthorised use of the contents of the Portal by third parties.
Exclusion of Liability
Turismo de Portugal shall make every effort to ensure that the information and facts contained in the Portal are the best and most relevant available. However, it gives no guarantee, explicit or implicit, that the information on the Portal is always up to date, and assumes no responsibility for the consequences, direct and/or indirect, which may arise from the use of the information provided.
