In order to facilitate and shorten the time taken by Turismo de Portugal to issue its opinion, albeit optional, within the scope of the prior control of building works phase (appreciation of the architectural project), this Institute is, at this stage, available to hold meetings, by videoconference, with the developers and respective planning teams, and will then make the meeting report available to be attached to the procedure for prior control of the building works of the tourist resort to be initiated at the competent city council.Requests for these meetings should be addressed to the following e-mail address: dvoferta@turismodeportugal.pt.
