The
Gaming Regulation and Inspection Service (SRIJ) has a
new institutional website that responds to the growing demand for information from players, operators and the general public, focusing on Responsible Gaming. Taking into account the evolution of the online gambling market in Portugal and as a regulatory body, the Gaming Regulation and Inspection Service reinforces its online presence with a special focus on content aimed at players, as part of the promotion of Responsible Gaming.
An area especially dedicated to online gamblers is introduced, with essential information, dedicated services, guides and support materials, including a self-assessment feature for the risk of addictive gambling. The multimedia component is also enhanced with the introduction of videos to raise awareness to Responsible Gambling and Safe Gambling.
With a renewed digital image, the new website is more dynamic, intuitive and accessible, allowing users to navigate in a quick and simple way and easily find the information they seek. This is the case of the area dedicated to legislation, which now allows an easier and more functional search for all the essential documents within the scope of gambling practice and exploration.
